D’Termine In Vitro
Analysis of interaction between biopharmaceutical/nano carrier and liver cells can be effectively performed employing a cell assay system. D’Termine InVitro is time and cost effective as it enables quick determination of unwanted liver uptake. This makes it possible to screen several lead candidates per analysis and provide stronger foundation for selecting the most promising one(s).

Analysis of interaction between biopharmaceutical/nano carrier and liver cells in animal models will provide results that closely mimic the corresponding systems in humans. With D’Termine InVivo we perform both in vitro as well as in vivo uptake analyses since the latter is the only reliable way to discover if components in the blood circulation mediate uptake.

If a biopharmaceutical/nano carrier does not show the expected results in clinical trials because it is cleared from the blood circulation by uptake in the liver, D’Liver can be of assistance.
